Lsu will need to upgrade his title and pay the man this offseason.
That's a guarantee.
His pay would be equal to Aranda's most likely.
Highest paid OC in the nation.

I wouldn't doubt Orgeron forgoing a pay raise, or even taking a pay cut, to pay his coaches more.

They haven’t figured out yet that nobody worth a shite wants to work for Kirby?
Shall we go down the list of coaches UT offered before taking Pruitt?

let's just be honest here. I think we all know coley isn't going to be fired this season because that would be too good to be true.
Our offenses under chaney and coley have been mostly the same, which means it's not an OC thing it's a HC thing. We're running the offense kirby wants to (for some reason) and we aren't going to change coordinators until the day kirby realizes we need to change the offense. Which sadly I doubt will happen this offseason.

I'd back the brinks truck up and give him whatever he wanted. He expunged 15 years of "LSU Offense" in half a season....homey bout to get paid

I think they want him instead of Kirby

I like kirby as our head coach and hope he's here another decade or so, he just needs to realize the offense we run isn't made for today's game. Once that lighbulb comes on the sky's the limit. It saban getting beat by gus a few times, manziel, ole miss a few times, and ohio state to finally wise up and make a change. Miles at LSU never realized it and got canned.

Lololol
why would he go to Georgia with WR's who couldn't hold LSU's jock?

Do you think user WorkinDawg has hiring and firing authority within our athletic department?

I dont think folks are giving Burrow his due in this regard. Next QB up for LSU will be telling.

he gets plenty of due. Stick burrow on a les miles offense and what do you think his numbers look like?

I actually think he still would have done very well. Dude is a gamer who can make all the throws. Matt Flynn. Matt Mauk.

sure, he would have done well because he's a good QB

and greg mcelroy, JPW, blake sims, etc. All good QBs that would look wildly different playing in the offense tua and burrow are.

He’s not the official OC by title.
Yet.
Yep. Ensminger probably decides to retire or coach quarterbacks or tight ends, and Brady gets the title. That's if some NFL team doesn't come looking for him to run their offense. Ensminger didn't really want to be full-time OC, and Orgeron talked him into it after he fired Matt Canada.
