Yesterday Proot was complaining to refs about this, anyone know what his complaint was?

He was saying that UGA was verbalizing a snap which is illegal.

I have no idea why he was so upset unless he thinks the guy calling the shift is essentially simulating a snap call causing the false start. The d line moves completely lateral so I’m not sure other than that.

I was under the impression we shift our DL on the first sound the QB makes. Makes the OL think they screwed up and got the snap count wrong

Weird, you’d think an offensive line “FULL OF 5 STARS!!!!!!!” wouldn’t be phased by a DL shift.

Pruitt also complained about the noise in the stadium and claimed we were piping in pre snap noise.

A handful of alters (one of which is you) and non-ut fans talk incessant shite for a full week with largely zero response from uga fans. We then beat the shite out of ut for the 4th year in a row. Some of our posters make light hearted jabs 24 hours after the game, and your response is "heyyy c'mon when are you gonna stop talking about this and leave us alone!??"

The QB calls out the blocking pattern (right or left) on his first call. The Georgia shift is toward that direction. The OL sometimes thinks they missed the snap and move. Cade Mays got called for False Start twice, I think.
