Play the game at your opponents stadium and move on.

That would be the logical solution, yes, but this is UF we're talking about.

Or play in Bator Rouge, the Gators have a pretty good record there on hurricane delayed games.

Been trying to get my 11 y/o to a game forever. Got tickets and flew 2/3's the way across the country to see my first SC game since 2015. He got sick for that one. Spurrier quit after the next game. Got covid'ed out of the bowl gam in December. Maybe God is trying to tell me not to dooom this kid to a life of mediocrity...

I hope everyone stays safe in FL and that Ian passes with as little damage as possible. Stay safe, Florida friends.

If it curves a bit westward, Auburn might have to move their game too

it'd be cool if we could reschedule for thursday. i wonder if that'd be enough time to get SEC network out there.

we need this game if we want to be bowl eligible.

I just cannot for the life of me understand why people think football is so important when a hurricane is heading towards you. If you lived in South Florida and were without power for 2-4 weeks after Wilma you wouldn't worry about a football game.

Irma was the last straw for me in Gainesville, moved to Missouri so I wouldn’t have to deal with the stress of a hurricane ever again.

EF5 Tornado has entered the conversation.

Y’all stay safe. Fingers crossed it’s just a rain event and everyone’s homes come out unscathed.

If you go to Mikes weather page, on the upper left hand corner, there is a “ tropical weather update “ link. Click on the “euro”(it’s the most accurate) and make a gif. From -10 hrs to + 120. You’ll see a slight curve NW after it goes inland near Cedar Key.

Conference standings. TV deals. Playoff implications. All kinds of shite.
