Said the team misses Cochran and that now they look weak talk revolved more around that the team getting pushed around than the play of Milroe.

I said this during the game. We miss Cochran so badly. Never seen a Bama team so unintimidating. Cochran was the source of the mean, tough spirit of those past teams.

Saban wouldn’t entertain Cochran for an on-field coaching position so he left.

Kirby valued Cochran and would.

The former players have been quite vocal today.

They defense was actually pretty solid other than not getting to the passer. They got gassed in the 2nd half due to some quick possession in the first half

Just reading those names depresses me. No one like that on the team now

I remember when the narrative on here was that Kirby only gave Cochran that job to piss off Saban and that Bama would be better off without him

Bama has the most talented roster in the country. There is no excuse for being gassed to the point of giving up 21 4th quarter points. It is obvious that Bama didn't develop that talent for whatever reason.

And I'm not throwing stones here, I am right there with you. There was also no excuse for LSU to give 21 in the 4th to Florida State. LSU has a limited amount of talent and hasn't really developed what they have. Regardless, it is inexcusable for these two teams to be outscored 42-15 in the 4th quarter and these two defenses to play like they did with the game on the line.

I haven't heard Scott Cochran's name in a while but I seem to remember hearing that he had had been hospitalized or even died. Something about a huge bag of cocaine a pile of cash and a his butthole bleeding.

This feels prophetic:

secrant.com August 29, 2023

I said that Bama went to a completely new S&C program after Cochran.

Bama's performances on the offensive and defensive lines may have had questionable performances since then.

The question is if Bama's strength and conditioning is better now than with Cochran.

Did the transition help the team?

Cochran is a huge "glue" guy for our program. We have a few of them. They are needed with the way that Kirby runs practices.

The DL is fat and slow. They have to grab and hold to keep Milroe alive.
