I've always liked Walt Maddox. Good guy

Nice gesture. I hope we come through with additional tangible assistance as well. Our dumbass fanbase raised $40K+ for some already dying trees as a way to say "sorry." I hope we can come together and help when it counts.

So do I. Auburn University and the entire Auburn community was quick to jump in and help after 4/27. I remember them organizing donations and sending them to Tuscaloosa within a day of the storm hitting.
I'll say this, I was in Tuscaloosa then and I live five miles from where this one happened. To the people around the state, the destruction is eerily similar. Much like the Tuscaloosa storm, this one spared the campus and university and nailed the lower income area that wasn't capable of withstanding a storm like this. I haven't been able to make it into Beauregard but I urge everyone to help in any way possible. These people down here are hurting.

Sports rivalries are all fun. The shite that hit Tuscaloosa and now Lee County is real life. We are all Alabamians and this is our home. It’s the right thing to do to help out neighbors in desperate need of help that have lost so much.

Tis a shame we're in red state hell.

I must be colorblind because that doesn’t look orange at all to me. Either way, great that they did this

I feel bad for what happened, but frick Auburn.

I would vote for him for governor in a heartbeat.
You'd think it would be a no brainer when comparing him to typical Alabama politician but the idiots in this state can't see past the R or D by a candidates name. The bible thumpers would vote Lucifer himself into public office as long as he ran as a Republican,

The Bible thumpers huh.
Man that must be terrible to have people around you that belong to the Christian faith...
Self labeled intellectuals are the most self centered, egotistical, narcissistic arse clowns that have ever plagued this earth.

Walt is a douche bag. Glad he lost. Hope he quits as mayor.
His (in)actions during our tornado are unforgivable.

I'm not talking about all Christians, calm down. Bible thumpers are their own special breed of Christian.

He shouldn’t have said it then.
Do me a favor and shove your opinions right up your arse.
