By all accounts Tom Osborne was highly educated and man of good moral standing----still sucked as a politician. Maybe it's the system, folks.

I think we should choose leaders from the sciences more than we do. Instead we usually elect people who were actually trained to be intellectual mercenaries who don’t believe in truth, only argument. Is it any wonder they often prove to be deceitful?

Scientists can be intelligent but they too often fail to acknowledge the human element of politics. This was proven by the covid reaction.
