Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa received the Walter Camp Award on Thursday night as the top player in college football.

Tagovailoa, a sophomore, has thrown 37 touchdown passes to just four interceptions while leading the undefeated Crimson Tide to the top spot in the College Football Playoff.

The past five players to win the Walter Camp Award also went on to win the Heisman Trophy. This year's Heisman will be presented on Saturday to one of three finalists: Tagovailoa, Murray, or Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins.

I'm just not so sure about his Heisman chances with the SECCG performance. Feel like maybe Murray has the upperhand there.
