This felt like when Charles Woodson beat out Payton Manning.

I disagree. I hate OU more than anyone on this board however, Kyler Murray’s stats are no worse than Tua’s. It really could have gone either way. Tua can always win it next year anyway and he probably will

I think MSU wrote the plan on how to slow him down.

Tua had it his back pocket, all he had to do was to show up in the only game Bama needed him to play well. He didn't and he lost. End of the story.

He'll get his chance against our garbage defense.

The irony is that Murray, with an injured ankle limiting his mobility and confining him to a pocket passer, would have melted against that salty Georgia D that had the perfect gameplan for him.

Tua fought, made plays despite the drops and ankle injury, and had them back to within a TD before getting his other ankle stepped on. Everyone plays it as him stinking it up when in fact he was fighting through adversity and gutting it out.

We will see what Murray is made of when he faces a real Defense. Congrats to Murray and the Sooners. Enjoy because that was the pinnacle of your season. Bama and Tua have bigger fish to fry.

Shew, I saw the title and was afraid someone robbed him of his hard earned Alabama pay.

Tua will light it up against that garbage defense, yet gutting out the Georgia game and making the plays he did in those circumstances, against that Defense, will be the much more impressive accomplishment.

Murray hasn't faced that kind of adversity and been knocked around but his day is coming. We'll see what kind of metal the Heisman QB is made of.

7 on 7 season is over and it's time for the Sooners to play some real football.
