I have all the respect for TR. He didn't say he doesn't still love Bama. He said for him, getting drafted so high is bigger than the National Championship. WTF...it's the next step in his life. Would you be upset if he said his kids were bigger than the NC? I think him being able to provide his kids a great life is more important than anything to him. Some of you people like to bitch and complain about anything.

Kudos to TR. He deserves it.

I'll admit this may be going off-topic a bit, but in the past whenever I saw this phrase I did agree. However, after seeing guys who I grew up idolizing file for bankruptcy, I'm not sure statements like this can be made....especially for NFL players. With rookie caps he better hope his career is longer than 3 years.
