I actually hated to see Miles go. It's not because I knew he was subpar (duh I knew), it's because he was entertaining. Dude was funny as frick and just came off as a very likable dude. I doubt any big name school hires him but I will keep an eye on his next stop. Oh and RIP Mike..

One wasn't so rough and was actually quite refreshing. We didn't lose a coach we gained several with one being fired for incompetence. Now losing Mike sucks, RIP big guy.

I haven't missed les miles for one second since he was fired. I do miss mike Shula though.

Oh I know it wasn't funny to you guys. It was funny as shite to the rest of us though. I know you guys loathed him for running into the teeth of possibly the goat defense and losing the bcs championship game on 1/9 but if he had gotten lucky and won that game you are probably still stuck with him for a few more subpar years.

Correct. You pay him to win football games, and Miles did that better than any coach in LSU's mediocre football history.
