Going through one of these seasons as an LSU fan, it’s clear how incredibly difficult it is to perform week in and out without a blemish. You will have injuries, mistakes, a few misses in preparation and yet the ask is perfection or else you’re suspect. Very different playing when the spotlight is on you. So it’s admirable what Bama has done year in and out dealing with all this.

Yup, getting through the SEC unblemished is incredibly hard. It's why it doesn't happen regularly.

Bama had years of luck avoiding the injury bug.
It seems it may not have been luck after all and they just deferred all their injuries until later.
