SEC 7-4 so far, not shabby. Hoping to make it 8 wins later today.

Realistically, we aren’t ALL going to pull for the same team, even amongst the SEC teams... unless they’re playing the likes of OSU, Clemson, Texas, etc.
But, it’s great for conference perception, regardless of the sport, when SEC teams perform above expectations at a national level. If Bama beats UCLA and the conference gets two E8 teams, it is most certainly beneficial to the rest of the conference’s basketball perception next year.
Whether it’s an extra team in the tournament next year or signing a kid away from the ACC or B1G, the SEC winning national games helps the SEC. It’s not just a football conference, it’s a championship conference.
