To beat a Dead horse a bit more about Vandys Uniforms..

Watching the series and seeing Michigan play with their classy classic uniforms while Vanderbilt is doing everything in their power to go against the grain and wear the ugliest shite they can dig up. I know their colors aren’t all that fun to work with but damn this is the time on National stage to look your best people are watching for Gods sake take some pride in your University.

I really like some of Vandys unis. Not a fan of the 1920s gangster black ones, though.

Those are fine I just never understand even when football teams like Oklahoma and Ohio St play one of their major rivals in some bullshite. I like teams to honor a look and tradition I do believe it helps with the growth of a brand. For instance Louisville football had a few years of relevancy to only frick it up wearing Crome helmets completely getting away from a traditional look that people could have paid attention to while they where worth watching

Great scott, this isn't a fashion show. Go back to your Project Runway reruns. Vandy's unis are just fine.

I think part of this is about Nike wanting so many different unis to sell more merchandise.

The cursive Vandy ones are very nice - even the olive green/navy America ones (though I don't like those in general, wear your damn colors).
But holy shite the all black ones with the gold pinstripes look like a bad beer league softball uniform combo. Like you said, it's almost like they laughed and were like "frick it, let's make these as awful as possible".

I would imagine the profit Nike makes on Vandy baseball jerseys is in the low 4 figures. The zoot suit uniforms have been around for several years. They've always had a military appreciation uniform, it was just not as fugly as what they're wearing this year
And here's another awesome uniform they stopped wearing (or it's been a long time since I've seen them)

I really wish all this uniform talk would get moved over to the O-T Lounge. I understand there are a lot of people on that board concerned with men's fashions.
