All you below average programs stand up. LSU will be below average soon when ncaa comes rolling into Baton Rouge.

I think they should stay where they are. Also I don’t think the Vols should be tiger 3 until they make a final four. All the other tier three teams have made one or multiple.

I think state should be moved up a tier or 2 since they do have a final 4 appearance

Kind of hard to keep the program with the most NCs out of the Top Tier even if they haven’t been much since Howland left.
