There is no money in any of the sports that this article is referring to and the NCAA is out of the loop when it comes CFB revenue. Their only real source of revenue
is March Madness.

How is this different than the CFA started over 40 years ago?
This would be a legal morass. The NCAA doesn't even administer the CFP so what is the big deal?
The conferences aren't going to determine this season. The virus is running the show. MLB teams have already postponed games due to the virus and the MLB commissioner has notice date MLBPA that the season might be cancelled if the control of the virus is not better managed.

As much as I hate bama...let's be realistic. They will still be a destination school (excuse me for a second while I throw up) for many high school seniors. So instead of signing 12 5-stars a year, they might ONLY sign 10 5-stars.
