I hate them. I would rather do a home and home than a neutral site game. The only benefit that I see is that without the home and home, it opens up match-ups that we may not get to see otherwise.

Hmmmm I agree but I do like the Chick-Fil-A kickoff game every year. I can't wait until Auburn and Penn State start their home and home series!!!!

Imagine playing an SEC home game every year at a neutral site in your state's capitol. Then imagine that every year you play another conference rival in Jerry World, so that every other year you only have 2 SEC home games in your actual stadium. This will be Arkansas' scheduling practice until at least 2024. I don't want to hear your complaints about OM-Tech in Houston. Our problem is much worse.

Well, my topic is about neutral site games in general and not just Ole Miss.

I remember when Ole Miss would play at least a game a year in Jackson plus the Egg Bowl. I hated it so I feel your pain. Alabama used to play in Birmingham every year too. Schools lose a lot of money by doing that which is why MSU, Ole Miss, and Alabama stopped playing in the bigger cities. Unfortunately, Arkansas has a big contingent in Little Rock that loves that game. They should have stopped this practice years ago.

Probably because you are a TV fan and not a go to the real game fan.

The worst part is they just finished a 162 million dollar stadium renovation. We can put 80,000 in Fayetteville now.

Sick of A&M/Arky being in Dallas. Needs to be a home and home.

Arkansas really does get the crap end of the stick on non-campus games. That expansion looks .

Both school's home stadiums are elite now. The Dallas game is no longer filling Jerry World up, and neither team can bring recruits to the game. I wish they would end the game after this season.

When is your first game? That expansion is far from ready or is it just closed for 2018?

If we go to a 9 came conference schedule, we'll all have to learn to love them...

FCS Eastern Illinois. With Ole Miss in Little Rock, the only SEC games at the stadium will be LSU, Bama, and Vandy.

Hate them too. Arkansas and Aggies should be home and home.

I think neutral site games are fine if you can still play 7 home games.

I'd hate the neutral games like A&M/Arkansas or Georgia/FL because you lose that home game every other year.

Georgia/FL fans may not care because that's a longstanding tradition to play the cocktail party in Jacksonville. I'm curious about their fans' take on that.

All about the money. The schools that play these games make a LOT of money off them.

When you do a home and home, the road team makes no money. Both teams get paid for the neutral site games.

Does it really make that much difference? I’m pretty sure the hotels, gas stations and restaurants in Fayetteville and CStat would be better off with home/home.

Especially with the SWC history. I’d drive to Arky for the game. Jerry World has all the college football atmosphere of a Costco.
