The cowbell exception was clearly not a good rule. State fans cling to clanka because they know their home field is horrid. Doesnt even fit 70,000. They NEED noise makers. They even passed out the pom pom shaker things with the pop noises to the student section. They needed 2 layers of noise maker.

I know you’re still new to the SEC, and probably shouldn’t have been allowed in in the first place. But I’ll educate you, the bells may have been outlawed at one time, but they have always been at DWS.

I didn't see the same focus, discipline, intensity, etc. from ATM's players vs USCe, KY and MSU that I saw from them when ATM played Clemson and Bama. Gotta bring your A game (coaches and players) for 4 quarters vs all SEC opponents or else you will get beat (even convincingly) by a team you should be able to beat. USC's and especially MSU's and KY"s defenses are legit and they can run the ball well too. Half arse it against teams like them and you'll get your arse beaten.
