This is good portal work after having to put in a lot of hours striking out or whatever you want to call this Wild West we in. Looks like we have em. A lot of work Kiff has had to do with turnover from a good season in recruiting and staffing.
Thoughts on these two dudes.

Obviously no matter what qb we got it’s going to be a regression, but I am glad that this one is the most similar to Corral as far as the big arm and ability to make something out of nothing using that arm in different angles similar to Mahomes. He’s got a ways to go from being a gun slinger to playing within the offense, but so did Corral.
Trigg is an instant upgrade. Better than any TE since Engram. Dawson Knox is a stud in the NFL but our shitty OC wouldn’t get him the ball. Yehboah was very good for his short time here, but nowhere close to the athleticism of Trigg.
All in all with the addition of Zach Evans, we cleaned up and as long as the OL holds up I honestly don’t think there will be that big of a drop off in the offense. 2 months ago I would’ve said we were screwed on O

Liked Trigg a lot coming out of high school. Dart kind of meh but should improve.

Where are you getting that from?
Not saying it's not true, just wondering.

Dart has a LONG way to go, but Kiffin is a good guy to get him there.

Is Dart even good?
He’s barely played and lost 4 of 5 games.

Google is a very easy tool to use. Here....I'll let you check out some of the very easy things this tool can help you find...
STATS
2021
CMP ATT CMP% YDS AVG TD INT LNG RTG
117 189 61.9 1,353 7.2 9 5 45 132.5
The other very helpful thing you'll find are scores from said games. This will show you the defense giving up an assload of points in some of those games.

Thats the thing about it. On paper its the best OM could have expected to do.
Will it pan out? Who knows....But Kiffin did a good job this portal season and put pieces of the puzzle in place. Now to just hope the puzzle pieces fit together lol

2nd year in a row where he did a hell of a job in the portal

He was a true freshman who played for a shitty team that went 4-8 and fired its coach. I’m willing to cut him some slack for not being amazing in his first year. Corral wasn’t great his first year, either.

I definitely think it Dart can develop well, and with Evans and Trigg Ole Miss has the potential to have a really good Offense-especially with Kiffen, of course that depends on the O line and your guys Defense.

Correction: Corral was putrid with Matt Luke and Rich Rod at the helm. I trust in Kiffin to get Dart on the right path. From what I've seen, the physical tools are there, only hope Dart buys in like Corral did.

This. The buy in is as or more important than pure talent. If Kiffin can get him to work hard in the film room he might be good with a chance to be great in this offense. Learn from Matt corral and go all in on Kiffin and it will pay off.
