Thompson High School has more 5 stars with 3 than Auburn University does with 2 right now.

In the last 4 years Auburn has signed only 2 Bo Nix and Pappoe that are still on campus.
Thompson has at least 3 right now.
Auburn got one in the portal in Demetris Robertson but only has 3 tds in the last 4 years. So he is probably really only a 2 or 3 now.

I don’t think opposing fans understand that star value doesn’t really mean anything to Auburn fans at this point.
Under Gus Malzahn, we had a TON of both highly rated 4* and 5* that either busted or transferred out, or both.
That’s even dates back to him only being OC at Auburn in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
