So much to discuss on today’s show as Media Days Season rolls on.

It’s a dark day for the SEC. “Every school in the Power 5, not in the SEC, has reached out to the B1G.” -Brett McMurphy.
This means that, given the choice, every school would choose B1G over SEC. No wonder Finebaum & Sankey seem so melancholy. I feel very badly for Texas

So every school wants money, but is afraid of real competition? Sounds about right.

I mean honestly if the money is close to the same…. Why join the gauntlet that is the SEC.

Lots of schools have no chest….News at 11.

How do we know that haven’t also reached out to the SEC?

The SEC deserves that. College football was pretty fricking awesome until they started meddling with other conferences.

The desirable schools like Stanford, Oregon, Washington, UNC, UVA, etc don't want ANYTHING to do with the SEC. That is 100% a fact.

Schools sometimes do when they have been turned down by the B1G such as was the case with Texas and Oklahoma.

Why do you think this upsets the sec? We don’t give a frick. Take every team in the nation and put them in one conference and the SEC still fricking dominates. We don’t want a bunch of try hard, past their prime loser schools ruining the overall strength of the conference. It’s abt quality not quantity

So what he is saying is that they are all scared of the SEC? Afraid they would not measure up to the competition? Worried they would never make it into the playoffs again?

I can see that.

Maybe if every non-SEC school joined the B1G, another conference besides the SEC could put multiple teams into the CFP.

You are a blackbelt-level retard if you honestly believe any school in the SEC would leave for the B1G.

Right, you turned down huge programs like Texas and Oklahoma but are courting everyone else. Sounds plausible

Who would you rather play Ohio State, Michigan, Penn St, Wisconsin or Alabama, LSU, UGA, Texas AM every year. Easy choice - play the weak sisters up north.
