That Bama will face in years. Years. It’ll be yuge at Knoxville. Yuge. And believe me when I tell you this that Bama should still win by three touchdowns

I’ve struggled with which I prefer more over the years. Teams getting the pillow ready to bite when Bama shows up in town, or Bama forcefully shoving their head into the pillow.

I guess I prefer it when they switch things up over the years to keep the relationship interesting. It will be nice for Tennessee to struggle for a change

We played a 5-1, ranked #9 Tennessee team in Knoxville in 2016 that had just lost an overtime game at #8 Texas A&M and was in the midst of a 9 game losing streak to us.

They weren't good, but I'm pretty sure they were inspired.

I prefer LSU and Auburn teams to be good when Alabama plays them. I respect those teams even though I dislike them.

I want to play a winless Tennessee every year and beat them by 90 points.

I want this series to continue like this to the point that UT says it's no longer worthwhile and disbands the football program in favor of synchronized swimming.

frick Tennessee.

Well, they did finish 9-4, ranked, and won their bowl game.

Probably the best team Tennessee has had in a long time. They just got demolished by Bama. Their other losses were fairly close.

That team was dead after that A&M game, Kamara was out, Dobbs had an ankle sprain, worst defense in the SEC, 2 starting linemen out.

Inspired? No.

Bama won that game by 39 points. That team lost at aTm by 7 in double OT, lost at South Carolina by 3, and lost at Vandy by 9. So, the Bama loss was the only loss that team had by double digits. Not a great team...but hot a bad team, either.

Nope - a solid team that lost a couple games it shouldn't have and had bad injury luck.

I mean, he might as well have been, because Butch would never play him.

Correction, he got injured early in that game and was out for the next 2.
