Use the stairs.

I know this is hard to do in life (Alabama fans), but it will burn calories and benefit you immensely in your goal for an under-18% body fat ratio.

Do you get "out of breath" at times, DirtyDawg?

Getting into shape might be your answer.

Have you ever considered not getting fat?

There are only so many electric scooters to go around. And those babies are giving everything it was engineered to do to push the juice.

Mississippi State.

Fat Capital of the world.

What could you possibly eat each day to do that to yourselves?

Morning:
-18 eggs basted in butter.
-Two packs of bacon that were on sale at Piggly Wiggly that almost turned green.
-Lard-based buttermilk biscuits (with a hung-over Grandma that barely learned basic measurements back in 1962)...and still can't do it right.
-a Totinos pizza when things are really bad, but starving is not an option for the household.

Alabama and Georgia. Sprinkled in with Mississippi.

I bet IHOP was a "gift from the Lord" when you first heard about it.

Take the stairs.

It's a hot, boring day down in the Arkansas delta.

Yes but nowhere but in MS can you get a nice hock of ham surrounded by fresh okra, turnip greens, black eyes, cabbage, squash etc. and then some homemade corn bread to go with it. Or if you are really good you might get some cracklin bread (raise your hand if you know what cracklin bread is). Oops I forgot a couple of slices of a fresh off the vine tomato or if you will, some fried green tomatoes.
Then for dessert maybe a piece of black bottom pie to top it off.
Wash it all down with a glass of iced tea.
