So, he almost lived to see A&M's most recent championship?

What an interesting life. I guess he was just a little to young to see any action in the Civil war.

You guys see any combination of "1939" "Civil War" "Invention of the light bulb" or just anything relating to a time in human history that was extraordinarily long ago and you pounce like jungle cats.

You don't even have to say anything, y'all just know the deal.

witnessed the invention of the light bulb

I think I recall a Tonight Show segment where Johnny Carson interviewed an elderly lady who had grown up across the street from Thomas Edison.

In her lifetime she saw the invention of the light bulb, portable batteries, the ballpoint pen, the zipper, an x-ray machine, automobiles, television, etc.

She saw the first airplanes and lived to the era of the space shuttle.

Always thought that had to have been an amazing span of history for her to have witnessed.

I've never been as sure about a game as I am about this one. There is absolutely no way Utah comes into the Swamp (Literal swamp like conditions) and beats us in Nape's debut. Mormons will be going home sad. And sweaty.

What’s y’all’s obsession with pretending to be gator fans?
