Way too early for that but having a Lottery pick at guard and a deep roster of offensive talent gives us a chance to do it if we get into that situation.
We certainly don't have a low ceiling. That doesn't mean it'll happen, but it wouldn't be the Miracle on Ice for this team to go to a Sweet 16 or Elite 8. Way too early to say that "will", but enough pieces are there that's it's foolish to say they definitely won't.

Fair enough. I just haven’t been that impressed with them so far. Y’all are really wanting to act like tonight was a big win when it really was not. BAMA will make the tournament, but I just don’t see them making a deep run. It’s not impossible, but the odds aren’t likely in my opinion.

It 100% was. It was as scary as matchup as we could have had this early with a team of freshman against a veteran, NCAAT team with 1 or 2 NBA players. I thought for sure we'd look lost and lose by 5 or 10. From a growth standpoint it was huge. It won't look huge on ESPN, but it was huge for our program this early.
Either way, I'm not sure how anyone could watch us so far and have a negative opinion. We beat Memphis by 12 with basically our entire 2nd unit, we beat a decent Lipscomb team by almost 20, beat Alabama A&M by 50 and just beat a 27-28 win UTA team. They've looked better than I expected they would so far, especially with Key still sidelined.
Maybe others had higher expectations or something.

You said elite 8 which to my knowledge Bama has only made it that far once. Or do y'all claim more of those than you actually have too?
