Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri + Arkansas - Bama should make your schedule easier, yes?

Why are the noobie lil 12 pussies so scared? Why do they suddenly need Arkansas? LOL. frick outta here, Nub Nub.
Clearly 4 teams were lil 12 members and if there was pods would be together. We'll never know, though, bc
THERE won't be pods.

Why don't you just come out and say you want the softest possible pod of LSU and the two Miss schools?

The smart way is no divisions/pods; just a single pool of teams. You can achieve the same things without the divisions with better results.
Nope, nope and nope! No possible way that works in the uber-competitive SEC. It will be a nightmare when it comes to tie breakers and the more teams you have the more chances you have of ties!

Pods are coming, it makes more sense, and allows teams to play each other every 4 years

The only other realistic option is getting rid of divisions, each team gets 3 permanent rivals, the remaining 12 teams are rotated every other year which means playing 9 conference games. Then you take the top 2 teams in the standings with whatever tie breakers need to be set in place and they go to Atlanta. This set up keeps traditional rivals and you play every team Home and Away every 4 years.

Who's the West doormat???

I dont see the presidents agreeing to that as those pods are vastly unbalanced with random games like Ole Miss/Vandy and Mizzou/Carolina and no Ole Miss/Ark or Ark/LSU (longstanding rivalry games) for example.

However, the POD system as I understand it without any permanent POD cross over does not address the UGA/Auburn game.
So lets be honest, all of us charter members are going to have to adapt, but I don't think it is going to happen at the expense of "any of those 4 games".
The PAC and Big Ten both have special allowances just for teams with rivalries. In the PAC the California schools play every year without any other permanent rivalries across divisions.

If you're in the West then you keep your division games (adding Texas) and the East does the same (adding OU)
Texas and Texas A&M play every year as does Texas and OU (crossover).
Setup a rotation for both schools to play teams in the other division just like you do now.
You don't have to make this difficult.
States er I mean schools rights!
Also this is correct. The SEC never made any of it’s members sign loyalty pledges or buyout clauses. It’s great.
