Here are the quarterbacks with the lowest completion percentage each year since 2010. Minimum 150 passes thrown.

2010 - Larry Smith - VU - 47.4%
2011 - Morgan Newton - UK - 47.7%
2012 - Corbin Berkstresser - MU - 49.7%
2013 - Brandon Allen - ARK - 49.6%
2014 - Anthony Jennings - LSU - 48.9%
2015 - Drew Lock - MU - 49.0%
2016 - Trevor Knight - A&M - 53.3%
2017 - Kellen Mond - A&M - 51.5%
