The Strongest SEC teams historically:

1. Alabama
2. Florida
3. Auburn
4. LSU
5. UGA
6. Tennessee
The "Big-6".
I put Auburn ahead of LSU because of the Sugar Bowl-University of Southern California fiasco (2004)-in which we were screwed over and over by ESPN before "the contract."
Then, Auburn winning it all in 2010.
Then, going to Pasadena against FSU.
Way harder row to hoe.
All are VERY strong teams other than Tennessee or Georgia. But time might change things.
Nevertheless, the Big-6 is relatively "strong" at the moment.

"Historically," Tennessee is an easy #2.

You’re on a roll with shitty threads. LSU is above AU even if you give AU. 83 and 04.

Tennessee is not, unfortunately.
Their "wins" were in the early 1900's.

Florida was basically a nothing program until Spurrier took over in the 90s.

Are you using national championships only? UGA is ahead of AU in most categories,

Not really. I don’t mean to sound like I’m trolling but 1980 was a long time ago. But if you want 5th; I’m fine with that.

But he’s talking historically. What’s happened more recently shouldn’t carry that much weight. At least in my opinion.
