SCar will definitely beat us in the supers if we make it that far. Those frickers absolutely own Sully.

5. Us, Arky, S.Car, Vandy and Alabama. Need to revisit the bracket to make sure that'd work, but that's who I've got. Between S. Carolina and Florida, the chickens will advance.

Half the field would be a hell of a job. It's very difficult to get there.

in Omaha I tend to agree - but ...

Ray was 10-10 vs Sully
Holbrook 3-12 (it's a big reason Chad is no longer at USC)

Kingston has somehow managed to sweep Kevin O twice now - and is 9-7 vs Florida but has lost 3 of the 5 series.

1-2 Cola 2018
1-2 Gville 2019
3-0 Cola 2021
1-2 Gville 2022
0-1 Hoover 2022
3-0 Cola 2023

only Mark Kingston could have a winning record vs Sully and still lose more series than he's won against him. that also pretty much sums up how things have gone in Columbia since he's been coaching Gamecock baseball. it's just been strange.

O'Sullivan's been to Omaha how many times in the past decade? won it once. meanwhile Kingston has won 40+ games once in his entire coaching career - and that was at USF. the coaching heavily favors UF if it plays USC in the Super.

Lol. I know some Florida fans weren't thrilled with the Super Regional pairing. With how SC has played recently though I don't know if we make it out of our own regional. Much less upset Florida in Gainesville, but we'll see.

Alabama

Would have to go through #1 overall seed Wake Forest, IIRC.

Last year we had 3 of the final 4. That’s nuts.
