The rumors of Bama’s demise are greatly exaggerated.

Take the name away from the current situation. An NCAA team:

- returns more talent than any other;
- returns a heisman finalist at QB;
- returns three of the best WRs in the nation;
- has an easy schedule;
- is coached by the best coach in history.

Bama will win the SEC and make the playoff no lower than a 2 seed and will likely beat Clemson or OU for the national title.

Bama will be a bitch next year. Gonna be an LSU Bama battle for the West. We both bring back a ton.

44-16 is an arse whipping. Lot of prideful guys on next years team that will be extremely motivated.

They also lost their best player on a suspect defense with a weak secondary. They also lost their OC and best OL and RBs. That means more pressure on Tua and there is no back up to come in and save the day when he gets hurt or starts sucking it up.

The weak schedule will save them like this year but can't save them if they make the playoffs.

I’m not saying we beat Bama...but we will without a doubt be the biggest competition in the West. Go ahead and doubt these Tigers just like last year. 11-1 with an easier schedule and veteran team is very doable with our talent coming back( plus two top 6 RB’s) WATCH OUT

I can’t argue with this. Until I see Saban lose more than 1 game in the west and finish 3rd or worse I won’t be talking shite.

At this point, saying any team is gonna battle bama for the west is ridiculous. Only auburn has been able to do it recently. One time. Rumors of their demise are exactly that. Rumors. Saban reloads. History proves it.

Well, yeah. Unless they start losing 3 games a year, their demise is exaggerated

I’ll believe they are in decline when they miss the playoff. They’ll have to lose at least two regular season games for that to happen.

The down voting quick trigger from Gumps when somebody mentions their schedule is interesting. Your schedule is an embarrassment to yourselves, the conference, and the sport, and you should feel bad about it. Don't act like bitches when somebody brings it up.

LSU has not won 10 regular season games since 2012. Plus LSU has lost 3 games are more since 2011.

9-3 seems like a good goal

Yep. Not there yet, but we can still enjoy an offseason of them having lost. It's as downward-trending as they've been in a couple of years, and we need a little of that combined with LSU getting better before anything really changes. We'll see.

no. It's Bama and that's it. The school closest to challenging Bama next year will come from the East.

Big Game Nick is done.

Urban gave everyone the blueprint for crushing Bama and Dabo perfected it.
