The rest of the SEC East is not doing a very good job keeping me grounded

After that first half of defense last week I should have no expectations for this season, but watching the rest of our competition this weekend and none of these guys did anything that makes you think they can runaway from the rest of the pack.
Will one of you guys do something and get this little voice in the back of my head to shut up?
God help me if we beat SC this weekend and show improvement on defense in doing it. I'll be fully bought in and primed for a nut punch.

13 was one of the best years the SEC East has ever had. 14 was slightly below average. Been pretty bad since 15 though.
