They want no part of UGA and a resurgent Florida under Napier.

Better to stick in the West where they only have to truly worry about the Bayou Bengals.

I mean we play Tennessee every year already. And then if we make it to the SECCG, the odds are it's going to be Florida or Georgia....

And typically over the past decade, the losses for Alabama come from West teams. And not LSU considering 1 win in 10 years. Ole Miss, Auburn and Texas A&M have more wins during that time than LSU.

So I'm not even sure what the frick you are talking about honestly.

I would rather stay in the west where we beat teams like Lsu, 10RC and others on a constant basis. They have become like D2 schools for us.

The East had two teams with 10 wins this year the same as the West and the NC.

The West has Aggy.

The East is clearly tFlagship of the SEC.

There are several p5 divisions who've never had a team make the playoffs.

This year might be an exception, but just look at the last 10 years.
UF has gone through three coaches
UT was at an historical low point of the program and has been through 4 coaches in that same period.
USC and Mizzu have sucked during that time.
Vandy is Vandy.
UK is the only real exception.

Keep in mind when you do not play a tough schedule every week, it is easy to compile wins. The SECW is a gauntlet every week and that wears on a team. The SECE is on the same level as the ACCs divisions and easier most years.

Maybe not, but most of the teams are on par with the rest of the SECE teams. Makes it even easier for those teams with superior talent.

Auburn, Ole Miss and Texas A&M have had more success over the last decade vs Bama.

1 win every 11 years does not worry anyone.

Playing them in the SEC champ game isn't the same as having to play them every year on the schedule. And Tenn has sucked for 13 years. Having to play tougher teams could prevent you from getting to ATL.
