The real question of week: Who the frick wins UT Vandy?

This may be the worst matchup in sec history. We've missed out on some historic match ups recently (2012 Auburn Kentucky, 2013 Arkansas Kentucky) but this year we really get a match up of the two shittiest teams in the league and it comes at the end of the season.
Somehow these teams both managed quality OOC wins early in the season (GT and K-State) yet have been a complete Trainwreck on the field. These teams lost to Florida for God's sake.
I'd like to think Vandy has an edge because their shitty QB is more stable than UTs shitty QBs and Webb is a decent back. They played good D early and Mason should be decent enough to outscheme whoever's left on UTs staff and their shitty personnel they have to work with.
I'm gonna pick Vandy in the road upset (1 point line because Vegas doesn't even have a clue) 27-24.

Tennessee will win.
I’ll admit, Tennessee has some quality players from what I saw last Saturday. But, they’re a very poorly coached team.
It’ll be sloppy but TN has some talented guys who could make plays.

This will be an historic year for the Vols if they lose. If they win it I’ll be petty much a standard season.

Tennessee is putrid, they really are but Vandy is on a whole other level of bad this year. I think the Vols win something like 31-20.

Tennessee will beat Vandy by double digits in my humble opinion. The Vols will beat Vandy running the ball and with play action passing. The game might be close for two quarters due to rivalry intensity but I can't see Vandy pulling out the win.

I don't know the names of most of our OL right now. And they're all that's left besides walkons.
