I took my dog outside for 2 minutes yesterday and started sneezing uncontrollably.

It’s crazy.

It’s really a great time for a respiratory illness to be going around. I’ve had a constant wheeze for over 2 weeks now and I’m usually not terribly affected by allergies. Pollen is just particularly awful this year.

Been that way for 2 straight Springs here in West Tn. Started earlier this year than last. Last April I was at my golf course and got out of my car and there was a yellow fog over the entire course....I had never seen it that bad before...The cars in the parking lot were covered in a heavy dusting of pollen and this was 10:30 in the morning...I told my golf bunch I'm not playing and breathing that stuff and I went home. Didn't go back until the pollen count was way down.

This. Many a year, I’ve back the car out of garage for the first rain after pollen season.

I've walked outside 3 times already just to hear it and smell the air

Quarantine makes you appreciate the little things, like breathing.

This is fantastic. Needed it so bad. So nice to look outside and see the yellow gone. For now.

I sneaked out yesterday to do some fishing on Lanier near Gainesville. The water was COVERED with that pine pollen near the banks in the coves. Fishing was good though. I was the only one launching from the ramp and there was only one other boat that I saw in the two hours I was out. That's some pretty good social distancing.

I have a most severe allergy to pollen, and live in Atlanta, but I take Quercitin with Bromelaine about 4 times a day most days, and my symptoms are basically non existent. And I am outdoors almost every day! Try it. It has anti oxidant benefits too.
