The only complete teams are OSU and Clemson......

I'm not arguing against LSU as #1 because they have some very strong wins. They have been shaky on defense though. The other top 4 team ( my Dawgs) are shaky on offense.
Since their slow start Clemson has destroyed every team in their path and OSU is elite on both defense and offense.

The ACC is complete trash.

See though... both those teams are shaky too. One plays in the Big 10 and the other in the ACC. Both of those conferences are one-team conferences really.

Put them in an SEC schedule and let's see how they both do.

Clemson has proved their ability in playoffs to say the least. OSU has a recent title as well.
Like I posted in the OP, LSU has earned the top spot by beating better teams, that might or might not make them the best team though.

So has Alabama. Guess what ALL (3) have in common?
Not a single one has beaten a team worth a frick. Hell, Clemson & tOSU haven’t played anyone worth a crap.
But carry on bro.

Their 1 pt win against 4-6 North Carolina is very impressive

We'll see how they play this weekend at home

You can't count last years team and say this years team is the same Clemson lost a lot on defense and really don't play anyone who could take advantage of that fact in their conference.

That mighty OSU defense just gave up 21 points to a 2 win Rutgers team

You know, I would actually give Clemson benefit of the doubt. Ohio State definitely belongs even if they lose one with a conference championship. They're a good team but we just don't know *how* complete they are due to a very average (at best) conference.

This is comically stupid.
So what OSU and Clemson have done in years past makes them legit, but what LSU is doing this year gives one pause?

Of course you can't assume Clemson will prove themselves in the playoff.
We do have 4 straight years where they have been excellent though, that gives them more than a little credibility.

And LSU Gave up 200+ rushing yards to a QB and four touchdowns on the ground to Old Piss. OSU was never in a game versus Rutgers. LSU was only up 44-30 in the fourth quarter

Y’all said that last year too until they destroyed a Bama for the title!

I expect LSU and GA might both look more complete against Clemson's schedule. Ohio St has been impressive though.
