Looks like these actually weren’t 100% guaranteed. Aside from losing, a couple of bad breaks for the Aggies as WVU knocks off TTU to move into 11 RPI

They will keep all the sec teams on the same side of the bracket in Omaha.

I am not trying to be mean but you could beat the 1927 Yankees and not host.
Host will not be decided due to any conference tournament. The first or second game of a tournament could determine a spot in the Regional's but host are pretty much determined.
Bottom four of OP's list is probably correct but not concrete.

Do you think ifOle Miss somehow came to life and won the SEC tournament again then they could potentially host? hypothetically speaking, of course. I don't see it happening even though the talent is definitely there.

Nothing is impossible.
Those final four spots are up for grabs IMO.
And in all four cases it is self imposed. Especially the two SEC teams in that predicament.

Arkansas can’t be happy welcoming A&M back after losing 2/3 last week without our best pitcher.
