We lost to LSU in the reg season.

It serves as a wake up call that we have to take every game seriously and the team drastically improves. Every game becomes a must win.

AU will be top 5 heading into Athens and pull off the upset.

Did your starters begin transferring after those losses as well?

Our backups didn't scare them off with their numbers.

You’ve lost 9 of the last 12 to LSU..it’s not like it’s an unusual situation

5 star WR Kyle Davis was dismissed from the team last year midseason. Didn't miss a beat without him, nor will we miss the WR's who never saw the field that decided to transfer.

This is how a Gus Malzahn led program operates. Struggle early on, offense looks average at best, lose to LSU, fanbase melts, players get kicked off/transfer. . .

Then suddenly every game is do or die and the wins start piling up and before you know it Auburn is steamrolling teams, back in the top 5, and everyone is on the bandwagon. I've seen it time and time again.

I can sense the fear from you. You and I both know Auburn's mid-season rally is inevitable.

The games have just begun.

You also lost to LSU in 2012 on your way to an 0-8 conference record

2012 was Chizik. I'm referring to Malzahn. His teams are NOTORIOUS for shitting the bed early on and then rallying for a November charge.

2013 - #9 heading into November - early loss to LSU
2014 - #3 heading into November - early loss to Mississippi State
2016 - #9 heading into November - early losses to A&M/Clemson
2017 - #10 heading into November - early losses to LSU/Clemson

Spoiler alert

You're not beating Bama and UGA on the road

Prepare yourself accordingly.

You lost those games in Baton Rouge and got to play Georgia and Alabama in Jordan Hare.

Big difference

They've also lost 10 outta 13 against UGA. Yet they're going to win in Athens, something they haven't done since 2005.

Duh. I've been saying this for a while. We will beat Arky by 30, MSU and AtM by a couple of TDs each, smash the cupcakes in between and roll into Athens pissed off ready for revenge and beat the dog shite out of the buttsniffers again same as last year.

Then we will find out what's what in Tuscaloosa. Just like we all knew before the season started.

If it happens, it’ll improve Auburn to 4-10 vs UGA in the last 14. If it doesn’t, Auburn’s 3-11. We’ll see.
