I wonder if they'll let us fill the lake up with these.

They're the bat food. Sustainability, hoss.

I have to admit the first time I heard about this, skeeters immediately came to mind. Forward-thinking like this is what makes A&M great.

Bigger enrollment = bigger Fish Pond.

Seriously, that looks pretty cool.

I have no axe to grind with the toilet bowl (oops), but you can't beautify the Brazos and make it blue. There's little water flowing through Spence Park - if I'm to believe younger Aggies there is none, as they've rerouted it. I expect they'll line the bottom with gravel and treat it with enough crap to make it beautiful, and maybe even thwart the skeeters.

I can't say I'm all behind this change, but admit that modern tailgating is way after my time. My pre-game ritual generally consisted of doing pushups while my Baylor date waited patiently.

This is a straight up rip off of Waco, Baylor, and McLane Stadium.

Wait, is this supposed to happen? As in they've already greenlit the project now they are just developing plans? Or is this more of an idea of what could be done with the area?

It's not green lit yet, but it's close. It's been recommended by the relevant committee to the president. If Young approves, then it will just be a matter of raising the money (which I understand they've already been promised a sizable portion of it) and refining the design.
