So many are suddenly fans of LSU. LSU has to beat State, then Alabama and reach the SEC title game. Fans all across the country including in a the SEC are hoping to see LSU crush Bama’s playoff chances.

Hate to burst your bubble, but a 1-loss Alabama against LSU would still make the playoffs.

A one loss non title holder like Bama would not get in over undefeated ND, Ohio St or Clemson, and sure as hell isnt going before the SEC champ, chumps!!!!!!!!

I do agree that the whole world will be pulling for LSU to beat Bama.
But as we saw last year, it doesn't mean a whole lot unless a second team beats them. They might even earn an extra week of rest and LSU ends up giving Coach O a big new contract with a huge buyout.

Will likely depend on Notre Dame. Pac12 likely has taken themselves out of the CFP race. B1G assuming Ohio State wins with no more than 1 loss likely is in. Clemson, assuming no more than 1 loss is likely in as well. Still a lot of football to be played, but both of those things seem pretty likely, so if ND goes undefeated, 1 loss non-SEC Champ is likely left out.
