I saw your post and thought you might be a stupid bitch.

Then I saw this and all doubt was erased:

I don't think he would have made a difference.

The guy as an actual CB is terrible. Watch game film from last year, he can't cover anyone to save his life. The only reason he was able to make so many plays was because he had Claiborne, Reid and Brooks doing all the covering, leaving him to roam free behind the line and do whatever he wanted.

He won the Bednarik Award for best defensive player in the nation and was a Heisman finalist. A lot of people participate in evaluations for those awards, and they just don't give the awards away to players being propped up by teammates.

I am aware. But how many highlights of his are there where he is actually covering a WR and makes a play? Not many. Most of his plays are when he's free-roaming and rushes the QB or something similar. Obviously big plays lead to awards, a la heisman finalist. I just don't think with the squad we had this year that he would have made as much of an impact.

I saw some practices, HB's cover skills improved a lot in the off season. This still doen't mean something wouldn't have gone wrong for the Tigers.

You might want to wait until you sober up and proof read before you post. That was like reading a sentence like written like by my 7 year old. Also commas are your friend.
