The Great Gump Slow Melt

2019 has seen the strangest of melts from the gumps.
At first, right after the game, they all seemed to understand that sometimes you just come up against a better team. They started off pretty decent about the whole thing. Most of the Bama faithful adopted a "hey, it is what it is" attitude".
But as time had gone on around here, there's been this smouldering volcano of meltyness that keeps simmering and steaming. Always there, lurking under the surface, every week getting a little more and more aggitated.
I guess maybe the LSU players taking home all the awards and accolades the other night, while Bama players were snubbed, has provoked them to new heights of melthood.
It took a while, but now strangely, they're in a full melt. Such a strange and sad bunch.

Losing to LSU didnt melt bama.
Losing to Auburn because of a 0:01 FG right before half, a doinked FG, and being out coached by a HS booger picking nerd has them melting
Add in that their defense is hot garbage and their once in a generation Qb couldnt even finish a season healthy as well.

Maybe this boards defines melts differently from the norm, but I don’t see any melting.
I remember those weekly articles that summarized meltdowns of all the fanbases that week.
I don’t see anything like that here. But I wasn’t here for the Bama/LSU game either. I was on TmB.

I don't remember anyone melting last year.
Alabama has always been a "great coach" school more than a "great player" school, imo. We love our players but historically have kind of idolized coaches.

LSU pissed them off and started a mini melt. Trying their best to not melt. “I’m not melting, you’re melting”
Auburn was the final straw and broke them.
In 3 games of equal or close to equal talent...0-3 and got curb stomped...fn bullied in 2019.
