Bright said, we'll be like 12-18 in the SEC and still be 10 or 12 games over .500 overall with a RPI in the Top 30 or 35.

All you need is a winning record with the RPI you’ll have.

That’s why for all the shot we are giving Tennessee, owning your non con slate early is crucial for teams who may be middle of the pack in conference.

Yea, basically running the table in OOC games gives you a shot.

Bama's not making noise until they get that 1 warhorse, Friday night starter who can guarantee a win or at least a quality start every time out

We've got a couple talented freshmen this year who could progress to that level the next year or two. Not there yet, though.

Bama just needs to make the tournament to build some traction for the future. Same with Tennessee. Goal shouldn’t be to host but to just be in the conversation. Ideal would be to play a team like Auburn in a regional to gin up interest from those in the fanbase who otherwise wouldn’t watch. UGA baseball garners most of its attention when we play a team like Tech in a Regional; that rivalry plus the postseason stakes bring people out in droves and make new fans of those who otherwise wouldn’t care

The goal, honestly, is to compete in every series we play. Going to Hoover and sneaking into the NCAAT are the very ultimate goals, but that's still a stretch IMHO.

Don't worry, LSU started at #1 and Manieri already has us halfway to unranked.

But it’s the best pitching staff in America! They’re “finna” eat all the competition.

Man, I hate Tennessee.

What sport is this? Must be men rowing or some other white non-sense sport at which vandy could possibly be ranked #2.

You are new here so I'll help you out a little bit. They do that every year just to get posters to make posts just like the one you just made.
