Feel good story for me was Marcus Lattimore.
The Honey Badger crapped in his own borough. I'll feel good for him if he cleans his act up and does something good with his life given how God has blessed him with so much talent, yet so little will-power and even less common sense.
He let a lot of kids down - hopefully he'll turn that around and make something good out of his second chance.

I hope he can stay clean, he's going to be supporting his whole family now.

I'm pretty sure there's a lot better "feel good" story out there. Didn't 2 paralyzed baseball players get drafted last year? That's a feel good story!

I'm actually more interested in his financial management skills in the NFL than his actual play on the field.
Are there any football players that don't go broke after their careers are over?

Feel good story? Hell, that kid shite in his own nest and cost himself untold amounts of money.

I'm happy for all those guys - TM7, Knile and Latt. Probably least happy for Knile because I think he mailed it in last year which makes me question his integrity. But after watching TM7 on an ESPN (I think) interview around the draft he sort of turned me. He seemed sincere and contrite. I bought what he was selling and can understand how he got caught up in the noise and gave into temptation. I think he knows the leash will be very short and won't frick up this huge 2nd chance at life.

I like the Marcus Lattimore story, too.
I put "feel good" in quotes just in case there's more than one interpretation to the subject line

This doesnt, but there is a butt ton of research and cases out there that do indeed prove that weed is beneficial to your health in a number of ways.

Brian Banks signing with the Falcons ... now that's a feel-good story.

It won't be long until he's kicked off that team and in trouble again. Until then, it'll be fun watching him.
