Meh, I don’t think so. I think tcu was just gassed from Michigan. I’m not convinced another team couldn’t have won (maybe Michigan or even bama?)

[quote]Heh… It’s surprising to me that you think Big 12 basketball dominance is greater than SEC football dominance. Yet an 11 ranked TCU team that is 6-2 in conference loses to an unranked MSU team that is 1-7 in SEC play. On top of that, you expected it! You expected one of the top 4 teams in the Big 12 to lose to a bottom 4 team in the sec. And somehow your head still thinks the logic works that Big 12 basketball >> SEC football.[/quote

Sec highest ranked team Bama lost to he 8tb place team by 30 points ….

Sec second highest team lost to the 9th place big 12 team and was down late 2nd before coming back.

No one said the top teams are better than any side all most have said is the bottom of the big 12 is like the top 4-5 in the sec. Which is why only 3 sec teams are ranked currently . Miss state had one for her best wins of the weekend … being honest they didn’t respect you like they should have after beating KU land OU like they did . TCU is a very good team and you will see come postseason how deep they go. The sec is coming up but right now after winning the last two NCs and in dominating fashion the big 12 is the best conference top to bottom .

Sec is very good at the top and middle in football. Again this year the big 12 was very good too to bottom . Which is why every announcers kept saying how good the conference was but no super elite team like UGA … TCU was a great team but doesn’t have the talent like Bama UGA.

Softball the big 12 had the final 3 teams left in the World Series.

Golf mens and womens tennis gymnastics all really good in big 12
.

Baseball is king in the sec I will say the big 12 isn’t far off with Texas and OU coming it will make good additions both World Series teams .

But with the way the sec thinks of themselves… that is actually the reality for big 12 basketball.

Hmm.

But yet now Tennessee has beat both Kansas and Texas by double digits this year. Big12 is still soft in all sports.

when Tenn beats KU in the tourney you can get all happy inside …. You may very well this year but arching Tenn last year choke in baseball … football losing to South Carolina badly …. And basketball every season in the tourney .

You and Texas about to find out what football is all about when y’all come to the SEC. Oklahoma and Texas will be lucky to finish .500% first 4 years in the SEC.

Is that what happened to aggot and mizzou when they joined the league?

They was decent before joining the league. But as seen, it wasn’t sustainable for either. Oklahoma already sucks and well Texas is worthless as well. All that money and hire a coach like Sark and that Guy from Clemsuck.

Mizzou was just okay/decent, aggot was what they are now. But that doesn't change the fact that they didn't seem to "find out what football was all about" when they joined the SEC now does it?

Didn't we sweep you guys in the home and home series or is that history you conveniently don't remember either?

I was just saying they both have blue blood schools, not that one is better than the other. It is a push.

Gotcha. And yes, as the Oklahoma poster said, Kansas is still doing well and Kentucky is struggling right now. (Relatively speaking)

I think you’re alone on this one bro. I watch them at work if I can lol. Used to watch them in high school during the day

Apparently I am alone. 1st round games? Really?
In fairness, I don't remember the last time I watched a basketball game. My dad used to enjoy watching the Hawks.

You know our game with Ohio State was just as taxing, right?

Did you see what we did to Michigan last year? They actually, imo, had a better defense last year. Maybe their offense was better than last year, but without Corum they were not going to have a prayer against us. I doubt they could have done well with Corum. They just did not match up well with us.

I mean We think of ourselves as the conference who has won 13 of the last 17 national championships.

Has the big 12 actually done that? Is Duke and UNC and Villanova in the Big 12 and I just Didn’t know that?

How gassed to you have to be to lose by the worst margin in the history of the college bowl system?

Over 1,500 bowl games, and TCU lost by the greatest margin ever recorded. And it happened in the National Championship.

Last year, Georgia beat Michigan and was so gassed we beat Alabama in the National Championship.

Gassed indeed.
