Assume the following is true:
- Alabama wins out, wins the West
- Kentucky also wins out and reps the East in Atlanta
- Florida also wins out

I think this is beneficial for Florida because I don’t think we can beat Bama right now. I know I talk a lot of shite on this board, but I’ll concede that this is one of, if not the scariest Alabama team I’ve ever seen.

So we sacrifice Kentucky to Saban.

That means there is only one one loss SEC team, and being Florida beats LSU and Georgia, I think we stand a chance to play in a New Years 6 bowl against some foe from a lesser conference.

End the season on a very high note and not get beat when the nation is watching. Cruitin will be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Damn this beer is good.

Yes, and the best case scenario for Bama is LSU winning the East.

Just like last year, they get an extra week of rest.

Of course, they have no control over LSU winning the rest of their non-Bama conference games. And they have no control over the other power 5 conference teams.

But it seems extremely unlikely a one loss Bama team gets left out of a 4 team playoff seeded by a committee.

However, my gut tells me it will be Bama vs. the UF/UGA winner.

Just do the world a favor and beat the Central Florida's of the world.
Unlike what Auburn couldn't do.

Kentucky would easily give Bama it's best test of the season.

God,UF fans are beyond on unbearable...why are you assuming ANY of these scenarios?

And let's assume UF loses to UGA amd UK loses to Missouri next Saturday (far more likely than your scenario BTW) Then what?

Nah,that would be UF going to the SECC,winning aND then winning the NC.

Are you saying it's the "most likely"scenario?
