Yes, they've stopped disciplinary actions against the criminals on the Georgia football team.

SEC rearranged the schedule shortly after he said it.

The Old Ball Sack got his arse beat so bad the last time he played UGA he retired from coaching.

Lost his last game to UGA as a player and a coach.

By the way Steve, Bill Stanfill sends his regards...

My favorite Spurrier quote of all time inflicted collateral damage on Georgia while getting a dig in at Tennessee. I've never been able to find it online but I heard him say it live in a news conference once.

It was the week of FL-Tennessee and UT players were talking shite in the leadup to the game. A reporter asked Spurrier if the UT smack talk was giving his team extra motivation for the game and he said something along the lines of this:

"I remember Georgia used to talk a lot of trash before the games, too. Now they just take their whippings quietly."

Sorry, bo. You can hate him all you want, talk about SC vs UGA specifically for all I care, but UGA is the last time that has any leg to stand on when it comes to talking trash about Spurrier.

The old master.

I hated him with the power of a 1000 suns back in the day not realizing what a legend he truly was.

That is "Head Ball Coach" to you and wasn't Spurrier 11-1 against the leg humpers while at UF?

I disagree. Have you never wondered WHY he has such a long-standing, decades long hate boner for us? It's because we completely ragged him out when he was a player and he's never forgotten it. His first year playing they were ranked in the top 10 and lost to an unranked UGA. His junior year they won by 4. His senior, heisman trophy winning season they were undefeated and ranked in the top 10 yet again before suffering their first loss of the season against UGA. They lost by 3 Touchdowns and bill stanfill made spurrier his personal bitch. He's never gotten over it to this day.

So although he was leading all-time great UF squads to wins over hapless ray goff and jim donnan, I'd say UGA actually has quite a bit to say when it comes to trash talking spurrier. Not to mention the 30+ point beatdown we put on him in 2015 sped along his eventual quitting on the team midseason.
