Right. That's why he's still recruiting for Oklahoma, and according to player rating at 247, they are the 5th rated team at this point...

Alabama 94.33
OSU 93.63
Texas A&M 93.12
UGA 92.94
OU 92.11

You LSU fans are very naive to believe every rumor on the recruiting board.

Like I said, happy with Riley over some of the alternatives. His teams are undeniably soft like Sarkisian’s have proven to be. In fact he reminds me greatly of Sarkisian.

It also helps us with many of the defensive recruits we are pursuing and weakens OU for now. Though I expect if this happens then Campbell ends up at OU

The great thing about the Rily "rumor" to LSU is that there are a dozen confirmations, not just one. I understand your fear.

All rumors from naive LSU fans or troll posts from rival fans getting a laugh at you guys. And yeah, the twitter post from the dummy that also believed the A&M fan.

Search for gullible and it probably shows a picture of LSU fans.

I remember all the confirmations during the baseball search. Hell my usually reliable friends at LSU didn’t know squat. Everything will be clear soon enough

They fear this hire! You can tell none of them want it to be true.

I fear Aranda more. I fear Campbell more. Riley has already shown some massive flaws, especially when playing more complete teams

Riley will now have the talent pool, Louisiana, which grows DT's and DB's everywhere and will hire a great DC. I"m very happy.

You are right. Sarkisian will have access to all the talent in Texas so I’m ecstatic. He’s bringing half of Saban’s staff and we will be the new Alabama

Riley has a better winning percentage in the shitty Big XII than either Sark in the shitty Pac 12 or Jimbo in the shitty ACC.

Riley has lost every single game against “equal” talent, and more importantly any physical teams. His teams are soft. Better him than some alternatives

Aranda ate his lunch with significantly less talent. As did Campbell last year

Exact same could be said for Jimbo at Florida State.

Sidewalk, my point is you never know. Fit matters, especially with these “offensive” coaches such as Mullen, Lane, Riley, etc.. Aranda was the perfect fit at LSU, and I’m glad you didn’t see it. Like it or not, Fisher’s personality is perfect at A&M

Riley knows LSU and feels comfortable there, he would have never made such a life changing move if that wasn't the case.

I agree and I'd probably take Aranda over Riley.

if he is the new coach, he knows nothing about LSU. He’s never coached in the SEC

He's 15-5 against ranked teams at Oklahoma. You would pay Jimbo $20 million a year for that kind of success.
