It feels so good to have a nice tall and strong qb with a brain throwing with authority. It before anyone says its just N Texas or Washington, out qb's the past 4 years would throw for a 100 against the worst scrubs.

Just wanted to say thanks to the Georgia fans and coaches

To richt

Consistency....something we haven't seen from a qb in a long time. Looks like he makes quicker and smarter throws. Even against the scrub teams jj and jl couldn't do this.

Dude has some swagger throwing the ball, OBJr and Shepard messed up him having an even bigger night. Had 5 drops between the 2 of them. Mett only missed on 1 pass all night.

It feels great. He knows how to take command and doesn't let petty things, like the word "no," stop him.

Qualities of a true leader.

Hey, the only thing UGA players rape are scooters, OK? And FTR, rape is a fairly strong word for what the burger did. He was drunk and got handsy at a bar as I recall. He was kicked off for lying to Richt about what happened.

hey now. We tolerate weed and booze related incidents. Groping a girl who doesn't want to be touched and then lying about it to your HC is rather despicable behavior. Hope he grew up a little in JUCO, but he deserved everything he got in the way of punishment and public shaming

In all seriousness, he looks good. I doubt him and Murray would both be around anyway if nothing happened. Both are too good to be sitting on the bench...the loser of the QB battle would have transferred.

It's not like he and Aaron Murray would've both stayed anyways. How much eligibility does Mett have left? This year + 1 more?

And speaking of Russell Sheppard, who has been the bigger bust, he or Debose? I'm going with RS.....dude was supposed to be better than Percy Harvin
