And won, Tennessee isn’t allowed to use the trademark west of the Mississippi that they were using long before the Longhorns change their name from Texas University in the 70’s
I’m curious what kind of complications adding them to the SEC could create with this?

Surely nothing worse than the net negative A&M has brought with them

This has to do with the interlocking UT logo. Tennessee is more than okay using the Power T, allowing Texas to use something similar only in baseball.
None of this will derail Texas from coming to the SEC.

To the point she’s using a by-proxy-Tennessee melt to stop ou/Tex from joining.
I love this bar

Old Tardge tryna scare his conference mates by posting a lawsuit from 1986.
Miami tried to sue Tulsa Union HS in Oklahoma over their logo.
Ohio State tried to copyright the word "the".
Lawsuits are a thing.

“I heard that Vanderbilt also doesn’t want Texas because their women’s bowling teams got into a brawl back in 1999.
This just in….Kentucky’s equestrian team says ‘no way’ , also.”
This melt has been top tier.
Is it embarrassing to the sec? Yep.
But has it still been an entertaining 22hours? Yep.

all that fighting over that logo, and Texas doesn't even use it anymore. Yet, they use a "T" logo that looks very similar to the Tennessee "Power T" without a peep
Like really?

Kansas did the same thing with Kentucky using the power K that Kentucky had used forever. Texas isn't the only school to do this type of thing

I can only imagine what it’s like to run from big brother to only find out……. A few years later he found you and now he is going to get some of that SEC $$$$ and that Aggie arse again. On second thought…. I can’t imagine it. Aubie looks his big brother in the eyes every year!

If it wasn't for Tennessee Austin Texas would be North Mexico. The thiefs should stay in the Big 12.
