Looks like an early morning start for the horns and bama fans. That's what happens when nobody wants to watch the imminent beatdown. I'm sure Kansas will be at prime time this year, because that will be a close game.

Discuss.

They’ll be crying by noon.

Weak opponent, weak start time.

Horns should be thankful less people will be watching them get embarrassed

I think it’s going to be one of the games where the score is a lot closer than what is actually happening on the field.

Big Noon Kickoff

It’s literally billed as their prime time slot for college football and has been for the last 3 to 4 years

Try harder

Yeah exactly! Noon starts in September in the South are great! Everyone agrees.

The atmosphere should be electric with the beatdown and the students all nursing hangovers. Must see television (at least it will be for me because I will be laughing and sipping my morning coffee)

I wouldn’t expect anything less from a non-Texan.

Are you assuming it will be at 11 AM (CST) just because it's on FOX?

You know FOX broadcasts games at other times too.

Alabama’s pass rush may actually kill someone with that weak arse Texas OL.

Yes, if they broadcast the game as part of their "big noon kickoff." But they don't have to, and don't always do that.

Personally, I like the early start-time games. Cooler in the stadium, and it gives you some time for something productive after the game.

I do too, in late fall. Nothing cool in the middle of the day in September. Ever. At least I have all day long to revel in the beatdown until we play our night time game.

Texas will get massacred. No doubt. Sark is coaching for his job the 2 following weeks. Those games are at home against UTSA and on the road at Texas Tech. If he blows both games (which is highly likely since Sark chose not to improve a horrendous o-line or an even worse defensive front 7 in the transfer portal) then, hopefully, Sark is fired before we get destroyed by OU.
