Gilder, a 6-foot-4, 199-pound junior guard from Dallas, Texas, had 23 points, nine rebounds, seven assists and two steals in a season-opening win against 11th-ranked West Virginia. Gilder fell just one rebound shy of his first career double-double while approaching the Aggies' first triple-double since 2002 as he tied for game-high point honors with 23 and grabbed a career-best nine boards.
